Great staff and customer service although the property could use a update. Also we were given the wrong room. When I asked about it, they stated they did not have availability with a queen size bed. Yet no one notified us about this. They did end up giving us the correct room. Not a totally bad experience.

For the money it’s good value. Safe and quiet. Breakfast is typical and sufficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Area is safe but not much to do nearby. Serve high quality steak in the restaurant.

Horrible experience even for a low category hotel!

It was a horrible experience. We got to the hotel late at night after a 12-hour road trip, just to find out they had overbooked and they gave us the excuse that a group of people extended their stay and that was why they gave away out room so they didn't have any one left, a pretty stupid excuse when the room had already been paid and they couldn't have given the room because if an already guest wanted to stay for a longer period, they should have said that the room was booked. As a "compensation" they offered to get us a room in a lower category hotel (hostal Verona) nearby at a lower price. Since it was pretty late and we were so tired, we accepted. The Verona hostal had very limited parking space and we almost had to leave the car on the street. The front desk guy the next morning was so rude and indifferent, he couldn't care less about the guests. We were also offered a partial refund for the night at a lower category hotel and we got less money back from what they originally offered. Thanks God it was only one night, I couldn't have taken a second night at such a horribly managed little hotel.

Grounds were pretty.

We had a room with no view. The cleaning things were kept almost outside our door. The rooms are old and could use updating. The bathroom sink had dirt on it that I think came from the ceiling. We complained and it was cleaned but soon after had dirt again. Lighting is poor in room.

Amazing staff, prompt check in and great breakfast ! The hotel however is in dire need of repairs, updating and upgrading.

El hotel es agradable y con una ubicación regular, aunque dicen que cerca hay comunidades donde hay que tener un poco más de cuidado. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero la limpieza deja que desear: encontré una cucaracha grande en la ducha
