Everything was to expectations. There was parking inside of the location, almost like parking in your own living room. The rooms were spotless. You could smell the wood from the custom made furniture in each room. Also, the swimming pool and other amenities were excellent for different size groups. Overall, the attendees were always present and very helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our entire stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The room was pretty good big room staff was great the only thing I would say it need improvement is the front door entrance is really difficult to find the entrance at first there Re no signs or anything but it was a nice place to stay

It was nice , the only thing that could be better is the drop off area and maybe a bigger sign to make it easier to find it, parking could be better but what makes up for everything else is the location, location is perfect, 3 or 4 minutes walk to the main attractions in the areaā€¦.

The room was clean, however the floor needs to be upgraded. Staff were just okay. The AC is pretty good. The place is decent for the price. The area is close to the ā€œCentro Historicoā€ and a lot restaurants. Thatā€™s a plus.

At first we read real bad reviews and were concerned but we didn't have any issues and the staff was very helpful, the hotel is not new but in good condition, the location was perfect for our trip purpose, yes I would stay again there without any concern.

This was a very nice and clean hotel with a mattress more comfortable than my own. It is centrally located to everything that you want to visit including the presidential palace, the National Library, the cathedral, the plazas, and the shopping. My room was extremely clean as was the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and I would definitely stay there again.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was no viewable window or balcony. It was basically a hostel with a private bathroom. I slept on top of the sheets because there was sex stains on the edge of the bottom sheet. The sheets were wrinkled like someone had slept on them and there was urine in the toilet so I know it wasnā€™t cleaned. Parking is quite a distance from the hotel. PRO: the a/c worked and location was convenient. The security man was very helpful.
