"I scored low on amenities only because there aren’t any. It is a modest motel. But it is nice, clean, with a helpful and friendly staff."

"One or two light bulbs worked. A lamp shade looked like it had caught fire once. The water was hot, so awesome shower. But there's was no happy medium. Hot. Or cold. "

"We really only used it as a place to sleep. The shower was awesome, great hot water pressure. The pool is well maintained (we used it last time went), and from view I got from upstairs it looked clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room has some wear but no weird smells. Pillows were kinda small and could have used a few more. No issues."

"This is your standard motel room. It is clean. It is in a safe location, not far from famous Cooper's BBQ. The breakfast is your standard waffle, hard boiled eggs, ceral, etc."

"Super sweet staff! However, not having a toilet in the room was a bit strange lol but to be expected with a hotel built in 1923, other than that it was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to town."
