"Nuestra experiencia en Relais Villa Baldelli fue excepcional. Nos sentíamos como dentro de una película. El personal sumamente amable, el desayuno delicioso. Las tortas que ofrecían eran hechas en casa, y los croissants se deshacían en la boca. La ubicación ideal, con una vista preciosa de Cortona. Una verdadera villa toscana. Sí creo que deben remodelar los baños. La ducha era muy incómoda y el lavatorio tenía una fuga. Al alfombra de la escalera se ve bastante gastada, así como unos muebles. No le puedo dar un 100% de calificación por esos detalles, pero un 90% se lo gana."

The location is stunning, yet close to amenities and lots of different options for sightseeing, day trips etc. Rooms were a great size and well equipped. The staff were beautiful. I found them to be so warm and friendly and the perfect blend of checking on you and your needs but not having the feeling that they were stalking. Food and wines were fabulous! "The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...). Concerning the breakfast, note that it is not a buffet, a box get delivered to your room. You get to order what they call Sweet, Savory, gluten free... The concept is cute, the items are good ( yogurt, juice, croissant or sandwich). I would say that for 1 or 2 mornings it is ok but I wouldn't do more then that since it is always the same things. "

"Excellent staff. They went above and beyond. Someone in our party was ill and they suggested they would call a doctor and he would come to the resort. Within an hour the Dr arrived assessed situation provided prescription so our vacation was not disrupted. Excellent. "
