"I had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville! 🌴✨ The service here truly goes above 5 stars. Special recognition to Francisco at Rodizo restaurant, who was absolutely outstanding. The entertainment staff kept everything fun and lively, and the entire team at Dahlia’s buffet was so friendly and welcoming. The Customer Experience team went above and beyond by surprising me with a beautiful birthday decoration, which made my trip even more special. 🎉💐 Every restaurant I tried was simply delicious, with excellent food and wonderful service. This resort exceeded all my expectations—I can’t wait to come back!"

"Peor experiencia!! Terminé cancelando y yendo a otro hotel. El staff fue muy amable y responsivo en todo momento. La comida (aunque limitada) muy buen sabor. Nos cambiaron 2 veces de habitación y querian hacerlo una tercera vez pero decidí irme. Puertas dañadas que no cerraban, hongo en la cama de la 2da habitación, todo se escuchaba, sin agua caliente para ducharse y un largo etc. Tienen que darle un update urgentemente a la habitaciones. Olor a humedad terrible. La realidad es que NO lo recomiendo nisiquiera por el costo."
