Most tours will pick you up from this hotel or the tour company maybe a short walk. The staff is very responsive to WhatsApp messages and we never had any issues. 10/10 Excellent

Wonderfully designed property and the rooms were beautiful. Just be aware though, not all premium rooms have a fireplace - the room we were originally given just had two standard radiators instead of a fire. When we complained, we were given a premium room with a fire and much nicer design (suspect it was actually a standard room we were originally given, but website does say some don't have fireplaces)
