"The front desk staff was awesome. We had a blowout on the way so we checked in late, and they were very accommodating, even letting us use the hot tub after hours for a little while. After a long arduous drive it was really nice to be able to soak for 20 minutes in a hot tub before I went to bed. Because of his kindness, we stayed a second night"
