"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key. "Nuuk Taal Lake was the perfect get away spot. Clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. A place for anyone that wants relaxation ranging from solo traveler, love birds, friends and family alike. Dining experience was comparable to eating at fine restaurants offering delicious dishes. Staff from the restaurant, the ground keepers, security and the front desk were attentive and customer focused. The infinity pool offered picturesque opportunities with Taal Volcano and the lake itself as a backdrop. Ample parking space and safe. Kudos to Mary for having such a wonderful TEAMat Nuuk Taal."

"Although I wasn't the one who checked in, I booked the room for my son, his buddy, my nephew, and my nieces. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I chatted with them online before their stay, which made the booking process easy. My son really enjoyed the resort, and he and his buddy even completed their PADI certification there! They had a great experience, and it sounds like they had an amazing time. Based on their feedback and my interactions with the staff, I would definitely recommend this resort."

"Man. I would just like to start by saying this is one of those unexpected experiences. When I visit Tagaytay, I usually stay near the malls and similar areas. I chose to stay here because it was closest to a wedding I was attending. I wasn't expecting much, but my experience has been GREAT from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. Hotel staff was super friendly. I got assistance in checking in my bags, front desk was super nice, helpful, and friendly, and the person assisting with breakfast was nice as well. Housekeeping staff were always checking if we needed anything too. The room was super clean and really spacious. Beds were comfortable and the included amenities were good. Bigger fridge than usual, nice 42 inch Smart TV, and a nice split type aircon was in the room. There's also a heated pool and a small place in the lobby to just chill and have some pastries. Breakfast buffet was decent. I loved their hash browns, dilis (fried small fish), adobo, Korean-style chicken, and their egg station. Parking wasn't shaded, but there were many available stalls, and it felt safe. Hotel was a bit far from the malls, but it allowed for more bonding time with the family. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for something father away from the busy city life and just want to unwind."
