We had a fantastic stay. The property is beautiful, clean and fun to stay at. We got a beautiful bedroom, spacious and elegant… and the bed was exquisite. The food (in particular breakfast) was delicious. Easy acces (valet parking if driving from CDMX) and walkable to all SMdA sights. Most importantly, the staff was phenomenal… friendly, helpful, kind. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back with friends for another stay. Thank you!

This has to be one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. We had one of the luxury suites on the second floor with private access to the pool. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. We loved the fireplace and the soaking tub. Breakfast was included and we were able to chose anything from the menu. We were all given drink vouchers for the rooftop bar. Location is perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main Parroquia. Restaurants, bars, bakeries and stores all around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Our stay at LOtel Casa Arca was really beautiful. The stay came with 1 meal per day which you select from their menu and was absolutely delicious! The facilities were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is walking distance (just outside) to the square with so much shopping and many wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Decor was beautiful. The bathtub!Wow! Our bed was cloud-like and the fireplace was a great bonus. Location was perfect. It gets a bit noisy on a Saturday night outside, but I’m used to it living in a big city. Will definitely be back!
