The hotel is very centrally located and is probably very popular for that reason. However, it seems like the owners or managers have not taken the time to review the Expedia information and therefore it is not correct. I had a Junior Suite which should have had a king sized bed but only got a room upstairs that was a double at best. Also, bathroom smell was unpleasant. The layout of the rooms means that anything in the lobby and in the rooms can be heard. There is no onsite parking, it is valet parking and has to be requested. There is coffee and a snack in the morning which was called "breakfast." Overall the hotel is OK and the location is great for walking around San Miguel, but attention to detail in the description could me less confusion and dissapointment for the guests.

Es bonito, pero buscaría mejor un hotel con estacionamiento ya que se tardan 30 minutos en venir por tu carro o a regresarlo. Tiene escaleras para las dos habitaciones que reservamos y no lo sabíamos. Yo daría una calificación de 8

Buena ubicación pero no tiene estacionamiento como aseguran, solo tienen un servicio de valet que tarda hasta 30 min en llegar. Nunca hubo agua caliente y se escuchan ruidos de otras habitaciones.

En mal estado, sin servicios no tiene restaurante ni estacionamiento hay que hacer un trámite engorroso para que se lleven tu coche a guardar y de regreso lo mismo una hora de espera para disponer de tu vehículo las fotos publicadas no muestran la realidad del hotel es muy viejo y está mal conservado.

La limpieza buena sin embargo al ver el espejo del baño tenía escrito mensajes (de ve que no se limpia), todo se escucha en la habitación, el no tener estacionamiento o mínimo un lugar enfrente de la entrada si dificulta las cosas, el agua caliente no sale, llamamos para pedir el valet y nunca contestaban el teléfono, tenía que buscar lugar y luego se llevaban el carro y si te lo traen y no estás o no hay lugar donde ponerlo se lo llevan y te cobran, ademas que demoran 20-30 min en recogerlo o traerlo. La ventaja es que está cerca del centro

Había reservado una cama king size sin embargo no me respetaron esa asignación, la recámara está a la entrada y se escucha todo el ruido de la recepción y la calle, el hotel está limpio, la gente muy amable y la ubicación también es buena, solo tuve los inconvenientes ya descritos.

Es muy bonita, muy limpia y buena ubicación sin embargo durante la noche deberían cerrar o estar al pendiente ya que una persona estuvo tocando y gritando “buenas noches, ¿hay disponibilidad?” y tardaron como media hora en salir a decirle que no, y para eso ya nos habían despertado.

Pros: práctico, amplio, check-in/out fácil, atención muy amable, ubicación, precio. Contras: se escucha todo lo que sucede en el lobby o en la calle (y te escuchan si no bajas la voz al hablar), el valet puede demorarse mucho por los imprevisibles cierres en el centro de San Miguel. Nuestra Experiencia: muy positiva, porque la ubicación a la entrada del centro te evita tener que perder tiempo en las calles estrechas y llenas de tráfico. El personal fue sumamente amable y accedió a algunos requerimientos especiales. Hay una Farmacia GDL a unos pasos que abre día y noche, por lo que cualquier necesidad rápida está muy a la mano. Respecto al ruido, sí es molesto que se escucha todo lo que se habla en el lobby y en la calle (nuestra habitación daba a la calle), pero como hay muy pocas habitaciones, el lobby está generalmente en silencio y la calle es tranquila por la noche ya que no es zona de bares. Más vale llevar tapones de oídos y antifaz porque se cuela mucha luz.

Mostly everything real good, the only things I didn't like is that the parking is not on site and can take up to 30 minutes to get your car and in the room you can hear anything that happens outside
