This hotel was exactly what we needed. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Lolita was superb and so willing to go the extra mile for us. Carlos in the dining room very helpful and did whatever he could to help.

We got the room with the rooftop deck town view (#5) and it was fabulous. Having that lovely private rooftop terraza was one of the best parts of the trip. We had our breakfast (included) brought to us there every morning. The staff was fantastic and helpful setting up activities and reservations. We got 90 min. massages from the spa. They were wonderful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The property is in an area convenient for walking, shopping, and dining. I felt very safe at all times of the day. the apartment has a full kitchen, eating area, living room, bedroom with bath shower. Average quality, but nice. There is an A/C unit in the living room for the whole apartment, which makes the bedroom hot. You can request a fan.

The coffee in the morning was awful. They do not have a good coffee machine. No options for a good coffee since they do not have a good coffee machine. They do not offer bread for the breakfast. Omelet- very poor options of ingredients. The room is big and comfortable. In the night a lot of noise from the kitchen till 10.00 p.m.

This is a beautiful hotel very centrally located close to the main square and many attractions. My husband and I came with our 2 year old and had a large room with a king bed and a small separate tv section. Hotel design is amazing and charming with an open concept dining area. Why I gave a rating of 8/10 is due to the service. It’s good but for the price you pay I would expect it to be better ($350 Cad per night). For example, when I wanted toothpaste I was told they were out, however if I gave them money someone could go out and purchase for me (what???). Or during breakfast we wanted coffee and orange juice and were told we could only have one or the other. Despite being low season and the hotel not being full it was only after multiple requests did they give us a late checkout of 1pm. Overall great stay. Hotel is beautiful and location super central. Only feedback - didn’t feel customer service was up to par. Hotel mgmt felt a bit cheap with cost cutting measures.

I was disappointed with the facilities!!!

Let me first start by saying the staff were kind and friendly although few spoke English. For $375 (USD) per night in Mexico i was disappointed. We were in room 7 and * the water in the bathroom did not get hot. Even after running the water for 10 mins. *the bedroom air conditioning unit started dripping water to the point they had to turn it off and give us a fan. I woke up sweating. *we could not get the tv to work during our stay. I wanted to watch the news. *the room was too dark and lacked natural light. We were on the ground floor so could not even open the curtains if we wanted privacy. Maybe the other rooms at this hotel did not have the same issues as we had but based on my 3 night stay in room 7 i would not stay at this hotel again which is a shame because the staff were lovely.
