Staff is amazing and very professional. They welcome you with great appreciation. Rooms were nice and kept clean continuously. Outdoor pool on roof was very relaxing.

Y2 Residence Hotel managed by HII
Room is exactly what appears on the pictures taken when it was totally brand new I assume. It is now pretty worn out and especially the furnitures and kitchen. It needs a facelift to relect the current condition. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
