"El hotel es maravilloso, la vista de mi habitación totalmente hermosa, pero yo también soy un buen huésped, voy a descansar y nunca hago desorden en la habitación, lo único malo es que el hotel no tiene servicio de transporte entre media noche, para quienes tengan que tomar un vuelo en la madrugada, Guatemala lamentablemente no es muy seguro y aunque la línea amarilla, según son los mejores, para quienes vivimos en el extranjero es un poco intimidante subirse a un transporte ajeno al hotel. Pero en si, Yo si recomiendo el hotel barcelo a todo mundo."

"Todos los servicios excelentes, el hotel al parecer estaba lleno, uno entiende que estuvieran a tope. Pero en la piscina, se pidió varias veces servicio de bebidas, no lo llevaron y tampoco rellenaban de toallas."
