"Customer service was not excellent nor good. There were children in the pool area at 9pm when the pool closes and the staff at the time turned the lights off making it impossible for the children to look for there things to walk out. Staff was not so friendly unless you flashed money at them. I was over charged a few times after drinking alcohol."

"There are hidden costs to this hotel. The water and lights may also not work at times. I found a bug in the bed and they will charge you extra if you bring a guest. There were unknowns that you have to sign for when you get there so read the paperwork!"
