Cosy athmosphere in an old castle. Nice pool with sunbeds. As in many old houses the water pressure in the showers were really low, the outdoor shower by the pool was better. They were not able to accomodate vegan preferences for food for breakfast although given notice in advance but could accomodate storing some items we bought ourselves in the kitchen refridgerator (our rooms did not have cooling opportunities). We stayed there nights and there were no cleaning of the rooms.

Staff excellent & accomodating. Food amazing but limited menu - you need to be a foodie (or adventurous) - to best appreciate it, I’d never normally have what I ordered but thoroughly enjoyed it. Pool & grounds excellent & tranquil. Buildings & rooms very old, quirky & interesting as well as being large and well appointed. Door locks? - No need.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Allerdings fehlt unserer Meinung nach ein kleiner Kühlschrank und unabhängig von der Unterkunft: aber ein Bier im dazugehörigen Restaurant kostet 10 Euro. Das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht verhältnismäßig. Ansonsten alles sauber, gepflegt,eine gute Atmosphäre und nette Leute!
