The best staff.

The hotel cancelled my reservation after my flight got delayed. Neither Expedia nor the hotel informed me or event attempted to get ahold of me; I had to make multiple calls to even try to get someone to help me. Still trying to workout how and if I am getting my money back

This property was perfectly located for our visit. We enjoyed the street view from the patio on the rooftop. Very nice vibes!!

You’re in the centre of Madrid here and consequently you could payback lot of money. This hotel however was excellent value for money. The room was small, very small with not much room either side of the bed, however the bed was comfy, the bathroom clean and modern and as most of the rooms don’t look out into the street pretty quiet. Great value for money and excellent for single travellers.

Great staff helped us with what buses to get what to do where to go. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Pool on roof & bar brilliant. Also ate in restaurant the food was great. A little far from centre.
