"The staff were wonderful and the rooms were kept very clean, which I truly appreciated. The location is also excellent and very convenient. However, the shower heads are outdated and did not function well. Unfortunately, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. I even developed a rash on my neck, and when I checked the pillow, it appeared to have very old feather filling. I requested additional pillow covers for protection. Additionally, the towels and sheets felt very worn and in need of replacement. While the staff and location were great, the condition of the bedding and bathroom fixtures would prevent me from staying here again."

"Double check on shuttle times to the airport you don't want to stressed out about missing your fight. Crew-service members have preference above guest according to hotel staff."
