A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. PS: Not the responsibility of the B&B, but nice to know: To go into Quarrata from the B&B, don't follow google maps instructions for the shortest road - it's on extremely steep , windy and narrow roads through olive groves. Beautiful, but really not for a car. ;-) "
