"The hotel was amazing. Staff very friendly and well knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms did need a little TLC. But overall it was great. The bartenders, tour agent and the receptionist 10 out of 10. But didn’t receive a bottle of wine as the reservation noted."
