Lugar céntrico y a buen precio. El lugar cumple si solo llegas a dormir. Hace falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones que si no se atiende a la brevedad degradará y no se verá adecuado. Tiene chapas electrónicas de entrada al hotel pero me pasaron el código incorrecto que afortunadamente había alguien en el lugar si no me hubiera quedado

SUPER OPCION EN SAN LUIS POTOSI

La verdad la atención al cliente es excelente; en México nos cuesta trabajo entender lo que ese término y en este hotel lo hacen excelente. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no hay estacionamiento hasta tarde y debes dejarlo en la calle, peeeero también vimos que es muy segura la zona. Tampoco me gustó que para que salga el agua caliente de la regadera se gasta mucha agua antes.

Esta muy cerca del centro, la cama era cómoda, me gustó que la ducha estaba espaciosa, pero la habitación es chica, literal solo la cama, la televisión y un pequeño lugar para poner tus cosas, yo llevaba a penas una mochila, pero si vas con maletas creo que van debajo de la cama.

Excelente atención. Muy rico el desayuno de cortesía, la habitación muy cómoda, limpia, funcional. El lugar está muy lindo y ubicado en el centro histórico. Mi única sugerencia sería, que se colocara una cubeta o algún sistema para salvar el agua mientras se espera que salga caliente de la regadera. (Hay un pequeño letrero en el cancel que sugiere abrir la llave y esperar cinco minutos a que salga el agua caliente) Por lo demás, todo excelente.

Agradables personas que están a cargo del servicio al cliente y un aspecto muy lindo del lugar en general...lo que no me gustó es que no hagan servicio de limpieza a la habitación tomando en cuenta los días, el tamaño de las habitaciones no correspondiente al número de personas y que a las 8:00 am tengan musica a muy alto volumen todos los días.

Muy buena ubicación, La ambientación del lugar y la atención es excelente lo malo que puedo decir del lugar son las habitaciones individuales, Está muy reducidas y hay poca privacidad. Encima de la puerta hay un tragaluz/Ventilación Que almenos en la que estuve no podía cerrarse, Podía ver cómo la gente me miraba al momento de subir las escaleras por ese lado, Además de que se escucha mucho ruido de las personas que comen afuera ya que la puerta de la habitación está luego luego a esa zona. Fuera de eso, Excelente servicio, Ubicación y Atencion

En realidad no es exactamente perspectiva que aparenta en la publicidad el hotel es muy pequeño las habitaciones al ser pequeñas y y con un solo ventilador el calor es mucho, le falta mantenimiento a las regaderas se estanca el agua , le falta vidrio a la ventana definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Tienen muy bien establecidos sus protocolos, pero falta, por lo menos por parte de la persona que atiende por la mañana, mucha calidez hacia el cliente; no hay tanto descanso en cuestión de ruido dentro del mismo inmueble, su Internet y servicio de cable terrible, es cierto que no voy a SLP a ver televisión, pero si gusta uno de ver un rato y el Internet ni que decir, es necesario estar conectado. Fue mi primera vez que visité SLP y me di cuenta que hay otras opciones de alojamiento que quizá les de la oportunidad de visitar.

Cómodo y lindo, con detalles menores. Recomendable

El lugar muy lindo, cómodo y limpio en general. El baño necesitaba un poco de mantenimiento en el area de la regadera. El ruido del atrio se escucha mucho desde la habitación durante el día. La comida en el restaurante muy rica. Lo más importante, que son la cama y las almohadas, muy muy cómodas, los espacios prácticos y funcionales. En general lo recomiendo.
