"Hotel was filthy. Carpets were heavily stained in all hallways. Dingy and gross. Pool area was poorly maintained, stained loungers and seating. Bathroom in our room smelled foul and the water is so soft that soap is impossible to rinse off. One of two elevators was broken. We stayed here last year ..."
