I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment. "
