"Shops nearby were helpful. Super close to a big Macy’s that had food options and in walking distance of a Trader Joe’s. The pool was under maintenance while we stayed which we were not informed about before hand. That was disappointing. "

The lobby and grand staircase is always an experience and elevates my stay every time. Appreciate the VIP perks, sad a room upgrade wasnt available, the suites are always a nice treat! Rooms can be on the smaller side and don't always come with a view, but the unique decor and layout allievate any space issues. Close to Union Square, BART/MUNI, and various restaurants. "

"I loved the location of the property and the beautiful views of the marina from our room. I do think it's time to upgrade the furniture in the rooms. They were pretty wore down. But the staff was great and i'd defintely come back."
