The mountains and the trees were so breath taking, I’ve never been to any place this peaceful before. The cabin was amazing and the details in every single room here was so beautiful. "We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out. "
