1st class from the minute I pulled up to the main doors. Great embiance, classy vibes Stayed on 19th floor and had the most amazing view Immediately booked again a few days later for the next leg of my travels

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed with our 2 young children and all the staff were very friendly with them.

Y2 Residence Hotel managed by HII
Room is exactly what appears on the pictures taken when it was totally brand new I assume. It is now pretty worn out and especially the furnitures and kitchen. It needs a facelift to relect the current condition. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
