Staff were kind. We arrived early and were able to check luggage. Very basic, not many amenities (bath towels, soap). Hotel is near freeways, a bit of road noise. Caribe Hilton
The staff were very friendly and property well-maintained. The rooms were a bit outdated in the Bietsch tower, and the bed was not comfortable. But overall, I would return.
