"Breakfast during my stay was delightful. Wide variety of options including resort style made to order omelets which I was unable to take advantage of due to purposely getting up late. Lol. The rooms are spacious and modern however no terraces/balcony. The pool is very sneaky comfortable. I've made several attempts to go to the beach a block or two away but stopped by the pool and remained there two out of three days. The staff is super helpful in making accommodations and pleasantly approachable. That Casino... oh boy... it gives but it taketh away. Customer won my 58k Jackpot on the slots a day before I got there May 1. I arrived May 2... I made every attempt to claim my throne as jackpot king but slots won... lol. Overall... this Hotel is a sleeper hotspot and family friendly. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a all in one stay in Puerto Rico . "So, where to start. So check in, went smooth. A lot of extra charges. Like they say you get a 17.50 credit for the bar or food. Well what they don’t tell you is u must use it for the credit. As well as the 5 dollars a day at their convenient store. The room was not very clean other people hair around bathroom sink. Baseboards corners build up. It just looked like a fast clean up before they re used the room. The chairs on the balcony very uncomfortable you will have a checkered back and butt print after sitting outside to enjoy the views which is part of the experience. Floors are always slippery. $25.00 a day for parking!!!!! That was more expensive than the car rental. Not to mention 24.99 per person for breakfast! No coffee unless you pay. Nothing Continental The pool area was nice. There was no hot tub! "

"Great resort! The first half of my trip was for business, and I extended for a personal vacation. The property is beautiful and I appreciated how it was sprawling. The golf cart transportation came in handy when walking to the lobby. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. I’d definitely return!"
