"Amazing stay! Gorgeous grounds! Really, really nice and helpful staff, but at times it took a while for room service to bring us what we needed, and some had trouble understanding English, so they brought us the wrong thing. But other than that, it was an incredible experience, and I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency!!"

"The property was very nice and relaxing. The structure is a bit dated but still comfortable. However, the costs for everything on the property, whether it be drinks, food, snack shop, even to hold bags in lobby was out of line. The deli steps across the street for simple needs was a fraction of the cost."

"Stay was beautiful at this location! I traveled there with my daughter for her first visit to PR and she loved the resort. Food and drinks are overpriced however I would still recommend."
