Everyone was extremely friendly and I LOVE Christian who drove me on the golfcart to the beach!!!! The beach provided free lounge chairs w umbrella to hotel guests - but the beach was pretty dangerous to swim.

Excellent service from the time we arrived until check out. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and he loved walking into the room to see balloons and cake! Thank you so much for the great hospitality! Every one is so friendly and welcoming!

Very convenient location, nice lobby and common areas, good looking exterior.
Rooms are pretty worn out, bathrooms have old dirt on tiles, generally it's not updated.
Considering the high price and 4 stars, would expect nicer rooms.
Beach "club" is present (plus), but it's really really basic, so there are like 8-10 people there from the hotel.

The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful when trying to navigate the island. Would definitely stay again.

My favorite place to stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Great hotel with great service.
One of the two elevators was not in operation during my 2 days stay.

This hotel is located in an area where everything is available and is central to a lot of places. The hotel itself is really nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and I will be back for sure.

The check in staff were rude the 4th floor smelled very bad the moisture and mildew throughout the hotel was unbearable the Murphy beds need to be thrown away. The room was poorly lit and I couldnt tell if it was day or night most of the time. The room was very compact and had the feel of a sleazy motel. I expect more from the hilton brand.

Well, we all had to be moved from the 4th floor upon arrival, the rug getting off the elevator smelled like urine. The smell was nauseating.
The murphy bed worked well. Once you pull it out, the space is gone that you had next to the window. The rooms sre small. It worked for us, 2 adults and an 8 year old.
If you are going to have a washing machine and dryer, you have to keep it clean. It was great to have a laundromat on the property and thdy give you free detergent and you can give them the cash to get the quarters. The dryer doesnt work that well, so be prepared to spend more on drying than usual.

The property's cleanliness, staff, services, restaurant, and housekeeping were excellent. However, one of the persons in our group slipped and fell going down the stairs leading to and from the jacuzzi (hot tub) area when it started to rain. There was only a small sign indicating the pavement is slippery when wet posted on the wall near the door going back into the hotel. The sign was behind and not visible going to the pool and jacuzzi areas. This put a damper on our vacation because she sustained a painful injury.

I was there 5 days. The staff is AWESOME. Estafania and Christian are so kind. The front desk was great. Cannot understand the complaints! I had a birthday while there and returned to find a cake in my room. Who does that? Beautiful Souls! GREAT time at this hotel!!

Had a great stay at the double tree in San Juan. I was working from vacay and the WiFi was out for nearly 36 hours during our stay. Not the end of the world. Staff was lovely and kind, and welcoming. Shout out to Margarita and Paula who took awesome care of us.

I enjoyed the stay. I was skeptical about the restaurant on site but the food was really good. The staff was very nice and the pool and jacuzzi were clean and fun. I will stay again.

hi, my stay was from 4/19-4/25 2024. I found the room to be small due to that there were 3 adults and one child in the room. I found it boring because the music was just english. it's Puerto Rico mind you they should have play some spanish music.there was only one restaurant that didn't service spanish/latin food. The vending machine and the ATM was out for the time I stayed.

Pictures maximize a lot the amenities and room spaces. Very tiny rooms nothing like the pictures. Pool is also very small.

A nice stay before a cruise. Location was perfect and there is a grocery store across the street. Beach is walkable or they offer a golf cart shuttle.

I was kicked off the property first day and banded with no real reason and no investigation as to why. One of the staff members started to crying and said that she was scared of me for no reason and I was booted. Trash customer service.
