Almost impossible to find the property. No parking available. Only option Marriott’s parking but the fee was $17 per hour. Front guest service was terrible never answered my questions. No handicap accessible to my designated room. No option was given.Unfortunately I left the property without any refund.

The property is located in a fantastic area, but the property needs major renovation, parking- it took us every evening about an hour to find a spot. Mentally I just took it as a place to sleep. No hot water. Is sad to say that they are in a very convenient area but they are in need to remodeling the property.

We accidentally booked this location in the wrong dates in Expedia. The dates and location constantly change. I wanted to book the location for 5/6 and it accidentally got booked for 5/20. I tried to check in and they told us we didn’t have a reservation. We made it immediately for the correct night but the hotel would not return our money for 5/20 even though they could clearly see the error. I would never give this hotel my business again.

The owner Eddy was so kind and helped with anything we needed. House keeping was great and really the staff just went above and beyond. The street the inn is on is calm and close to lots or restaurants and bars, and a 3 minute walk from the beach. Thank you Eddy for everything!!

This property did not look like the pictures. The pictures show a nice light and bright room. That wasn't the case.The courtyard is extremely dark as well as the gate at the entrance to the facilities. The room was dirty. There was long hair in the bed and the bathroom. There is mold on the shutters and no screens. There was hot water in the sink but not the shower. They gave you one bath towel for two people, one hand towel and one washcloth. The door knob was loose and we definitely didn't feel safe. You could hear the conversations of the people in the next room. We didn't stay.

The owner prefers you to do PayPal which was a little tricky for us. Was responsive when we were in country but less so out of the country. The apartment is located in a gated trailer park but is actually very adorable! Lockbox on the gate with the key. There are local roosters that will wake you up in the early morning so wear earplugs :-) apartment was beautiful and very clean. Fun little swings and things for kids plus a big patio. Saw a coqui frog on our car so cool. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Was good for a short stay and pricing. Area around was perfect for someone not looking to rent a car Uber was great and the inn was very easy to find as well as pool access at a sister location and beach towels. You get what you pay for.

The location is perfect for walking activities Uber services are available at all times of day and the rates are very cheap. They showed photos on the page that actually had nothing to do with it, it was a terrible surprise when we arrived, they never came in to clean the room, they changed the towels and put toilet paper the day before we left there. The truth is that I felt cheated.

If you’re looking for a budget place to stay, this was very affordable, and the staff was very kind and amenable. It is a very old building, but everything is clean and neat and the AC works great and it’s close to everything.

This is a very small property very close to restaurants and the beach. You can find a casino one block away. It is convenient and no-nonsense and simple. It was perfect for my stay - which was about exploring, relaxing, and some sunshine.

I loved how simple and it was just as pictured. No mold in bathroom. Non smoking facility which is great. Ac worked great! Comfortable bed and no problem checking in after hours. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Walking distance to beach shops food! Could improve their outside appearance which has so much potential. Overall it was the perfect place for my fiancé and I for 5nights. Very family friendly

Don’t let the other reviews sway you away. If you need basic shelter over your head, then this property is great! I only needed a place to sleep. Other than that, I was constantly out and about. The beds are clean. The room is clean. The shower has good pressure. Yes, the ceiling tiles are mismatched and new paint could be used, but who cares!!! It’s cheap for a reason, and this property has exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again. The area is safe, never felt threatened the whole 10 days I was there. If you are an adventurer, then this property is it!!!

This was without a doubt the worst experience my wife and I have had with a rental. And in fact there was no staff at the front desk to check us in in San Juan. We ended up going elsewhere that night but was charged for the room. We intend to complain to American Express and others about having been cheated.

I really liked the location. This inn has the potential to be great. It seemed rather sad. Play some music when people are checking in. Have a small continental breakfast. A small bar. Mini fridge in rooms. Lights around the foliage. We met a guy named Eddy on our last day and he was very caring. He had been at the sister property the whole time we were there. I wish he had been there sooner. Beds were comfy and it was clean. Close to the beach. Good budget place.

Everybody have a same room key-doesn't feel safe. and can't open window. so room is dark and not enough to do much inside of the room. only one hanger in the closet and one chair (but no table) The idea of this Inn , if someone need just place of sleeping and store their luggages , its okay. but if you have families , then I recommend to go little better hotel with some of sunlight and space, have SOME STRONG Wi-Fi.

My hotel was very dirty. The bed in the hotel room had bed bugs. The door in the hotel room could not lock. Ended up leaving the hotel to go to a different one.

Dear Nancy,We are sorry to hear that you did not like your room. These doors are to be opened from inside even if locked for hotel safety regulations. However, they can be locked pressing the lock button from inside and then close the door. The room was verified clean and everything was working well before you check in. We have a certified company that fumigates our hotel on a regular basis and there was no bed bugs in your room. Also we don't have any complain from you in your reservation notes.
