"This was perfect for overnight with early morning flight. The staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived. Just a small quaint standard room 3min walk to airport gates!"

"Room was clean and updated. Perfect location for walking to restaurants in the area. Only a few blocks away from Port if you are cruising out of San Juan. Great photo op next to the I ❤️ PR sign. Staff were more than helpful especially Madalina (hopefully I spelled that right, my apologies to her if not). She was wonderful with providing a map and a list of restaurant recommendations in the area. Definitely would stay here again to visit San Juan."

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort

"The parking situation is unclear. The front desk told me to honk the horn at the gate everytime I left but then the attendant at the parking garage told me I needed to give him my receipt so he could set it up to reuse for the length of my stay. There are no microwaves to heat up any left overs. You have to go to the restaurant "roots to go" to have them microwave it for you and you have to fill out a waiver which deterred me from bringing left overs to the room. My room also did not have an iron but they did bring one when I asked. However, the location is beautiful. Great beach with lots of waves and nice pools. You get served champagne on arrival which was nice. Lots of restaurants and things to do on site. Casino and shows. I recommend looking at the schedules for shows because some are only happening on weekends. They cleaned my room everyday which was very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly."

"The resort was stunning. Everything was updated except for our room. Had I have known I would’ve booked on the other side of the hotel to get an updated room. Our window view which was ocean view was mediocre at best. Everything else was great though. The staff were phenomenal. Food was fantastic. I would recommend it!"
