I loved the location of this hotel for entertainment & convenience to our cruise ship terminal. Lots of action @ the T-Mobile area, beautiful water fountain views from our stay on one night & the other night we had a view of the T-Mobile bandstand. We got an early check-in on our cruise return date which was SO appreciated. We enjoyed the beautiful pool.

The property was great! The elevator didn’t work most of my stay and if it was work, it was only 1 at a time or use the service elevator. Customer service could been kinder but other than that, it was a great stay with plenty to do all around the area.

Our room #526 smelled horribly like mildew/mold. All night long there was clacking/banging in the walls or pipes the entire night. Extremely disturbing and annoying. Very disappointing

This hotel was close to all the main sight seeing areas! Fun live entertainment just behind the building, tons of food and drinks walking distance also. The inside of the hotel even offers food & drinks. The staff was super helpful and nice!
