Excelente service every one who works there great customer service I had never stayed anywhere were I can tell you the staff was really helpful good loved it

Overall the stay was decent, but there were a couple of issues that made it less comfortable. The main concern was the water in the room — it had a very strong, unpleasant smell that lingered on your skin and hair after showering. The main concern was the water in the room — it had a very strong, unpleasant smell that lingered on your skin and hair after showering. Unfortunately, the odor also seemed to spread throughout the room. Parking was another inconvenience. Each time you leave and return, you have to notify the hotel so they can grant access again. This process is a bit cumbersome, especially if you plan to come back late at night or go in and out several times during your stay.

Clean rooms and easy access

Family friendly, kids loved the pool especially the palm trees felt like a real vacation. Called for service and was attended right away. Security in entrance watching out cars in parking and around the building made it feel safe. Casino in front was a plus.
