"The room smelled fresh and clean. The bed sheets were clean and fresh. Having 4 pillows is perfect. Only suggestion is that you provide wash cloths for the shower. And did the leaky sink in room 103. Everything else was great. The ladies at the front desk were customer service oriented and friendly. The decor of the hotel is amazing. "

"Had read some other lackluster reviews, but so glad we stayed at Hotel Victoria. We loved our double superior room with full windows and balcony. The grounds and pool area were well maintained, the room was spotless, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and attentive.
