It's more like a small apartment, comes with a gym, shared laundry, cooking area, microwave, fridge, plenty of cabinet space.
Not bad at all, but a couple of notes
Compared to many other hotels in the bay area, it's generally clean.
Gated parking is $3/day. It's safe and well lit
Cameras everywhere in this building so it feels safe.
Area is safe. You can take a walk to Santana Row or walk across the street for the mall.
No housekeeping. Meaning bedsheets and towels won't be washed. You need to bring extra toilet papers, tissue, etc.
Neighbors are generally respectful, but I can hear people upstairs and next to me talking and walking. Bring earplugs.
Blackout curtains aren't perfect, bring an eyemask.
Front desk folks are friendly, but...
* My bathroom clogged easily and front desk brought a plunger and said they'll send someone the next morning, but no one came.
* I asked for new towels and they said they'll send someone just this one time, but no one came.
