"The room was nasty. The walls were dirty, bed was like sleeping on concrete, AC is overly complicated on how it operates, floors were grimy, bathroom had mold all over, and the water was ice cold no matter which way you turn the knob. "

"The staff was uniquely nonplussed about our arrival. Our 10 day vacation took us to the coast the mountains and Central San Jose. Everywhere we went our hosts seemed happy to see us and eager to serve. At your place, the vibe was remarkably different. Staff didn't look us in the eyes, never smiled, and seemed bored by their actions. They were indifferent to our requests at breakfast and we almost left without paying for breakfast because no one cared to bring us the bill. Again this experience was unique to the Curio."
