Disliked: Staff & service
This property failed to honor a paid reservation with a credit card deposit. I would strongly caution all visitors (especially if you are from out of country) to avoid this. Me and another set of guests were turned away despite a confirmed reservation, and we were forced to drive 2 hours back to Santiago as an emergency to find a bed.

Estimados, Cuando llegué al lugar reservado y confirmado (Atuq Parque), no estaba mi reserva, obviamente no puede alojar, lo que finalmente me generó una pésima experiencia. Estoy buscando en su página, donde hacer el reclamo, pero no lo encuentro. Sólo queda hacerlo a través de las redes sociales. El aprendizaje es no volver a usar hoteles.com Marcelo Santoro.
