"The hot tub needs some work, the jets dont work properly and it smells like well water or like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The breakfast did not have much choices for hot breakfast. Beds were clean and soft I'll give you that."

When we entered, there was an odor that hit my nostrils IMMEDIATELY once the door was opened and not in a good way. There was a HOLE IN THE WALL and looks like they tried to patch it up with tape and then painted over it??? Wild work. And to charge $120.00 for a place like that is absolutely diabolical.... Then to be given a nonchalant apology and not "able to" give us a refund is asinine. -100/10, if you're reading this and have some self respect please just go to the one in Clovis."

"Very clean room with good size bathroom, has a good size kitchen with utensils and pots if you want to cook, full size refrigerator, and microwave. Lobby staff is very nice and serves breakfast every morning. Has a gym and pool and area to play sports."

"I never checked in. When I arrived, there were transients in the parking lot. As I approached the front door there were two more looking in the trash can. I came in and expressed my concern. The front desk representative told me they were fine they were just looking for food or cigarettes. I did not feel safe as I had to leave again for dinner and leave early in the morning and the element around the hotel did not support those activities. I was worried about my vehicle and would feel trapped in my room to be safe. Of course they would not refund me since I booked through Expedia. I opted to lose the amount I paid and move to a different hotel for my safety concerns."
