"the hotel is due for a upgrade. Exterior had paint peeling in many areas. Bathroom ceiling the paint was peeling. Furniture is older and scratched. everything in the room was clean as could be. Mattress needs to be replaced. at check in one staff member had good customer service skills the other was a bit grumpy. Restraunt/bar was nice and server had good customer service skills. Food was ok. could use more of a desert menu."

Bathroom shower water never got above tepid which didn’t quite cut especially as I was there in March and outside temps were still cool. After long days hiking a hot shower was much needed. Restaurant food was excellent. "

"Towels were dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. Basically everything was dirty including the walls and headboard of the bed! So many people smoking right at the doors so it does go into the rooms. The only plus was security. Checking in even took a really long time. "
