"Very friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean hotel. Rooms and beds very comfortable with most rooms having a sea view. Lovely pool area well screened to offer privacy. Excellent location within walking distance of old town and port. Bus stops nearby if mobility an issue. No on site evening restaurant but plenty within walking distance. Handy for many attractions. Lovely breakfast and bar sells tasty lunch items."

"We had some issues on our first night but staff responded very well to our concerns. In fact, all the staff were very helpful and kind. Great location beside beach and 20 minute walk from town."

"The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."

"What a cozy little place! We had an incredible experience staying at Starry Sky Charming House. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. The accommodations were modern, beautifully detailed, and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the unique ambient lighting and thoughtful touches around the room made relaxing in the evening feel truly special. The location was fantastic for exploring the area while still providing a peaceful, relaxing haven to return to each night. Every detail of our stay was handled with care, making our trip completely seamless. We would love to return on our next trip and highly recommend Starry Sky Charming House to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!"

"The bathtub was amazing!! The place was clean. I would have liked to have a working electric hot water and more coffee in room daily. If you consider coffee, juice and pastry or a white bread sandwich prepackaged a breakfast that’s what you get. Don’t expect the all you can eat American breakfast with eggs and potato. Also It’s not out where you can get yourself you have to order through the restaurant. Otherwise it’s a good location and nice place over all."

"We had a lovely stay at the Francesco Heritage Hotel. The staff were very helpful and obliging unfortunately we did not get the room that was showing on the website even though I did check before arriving and the room we were given was not finished as there was a lot of tiling grouting and sealant that needed snagging. We did not have a mini bar to start with, but that was delivered after the first three days and there was no table or chair which was a bit inconvenient but otherwise the room was nice. Great location in the wonderful old town of Alghero."
