"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"The host is amazing and very easy to talk with. She made sure everything was perfect. You should know this place is on top floor so there are 2-3 flights of stairs. It is worth it. Food and shopping near by. She is available anytime for questions. We stayed 3 nights and we would return! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!"

"The host Bernadette was so helpful as to where we can take our drive throughout Tuscany since we rented a car. A beautiful and quaint place to stay. And you can't beat the beautiful views while having breakfast there. And San Gimignano was a walking distance from there as well. A town worth visiting. "

" The best part of this B&B was its location right in the center of the main square in this charming Tuscan medieval village. That is where the positive review ends. Firstly, there is no air conditioning so be forewarned. If booking in summer, don’t do it!! There IS an AC unit in the apartment, it just does not work. When my husband asked about it, we were told that the last person who stayed there took the remote. There was some mention of buying a universal remote. In the meantime,...

"Il B&B è delizioso! Ti senti accolto e benvenuto dal primo momento in cui entri!!! La mamma di Sara e Sara sono state accomodanti con il mio orario di arrivo e partenza anticipando un pochino il check-in e preparandomi una mega colazione da asporto il giorno prima visto che partivo per il mio viaggio in bici verso Siena all’alba. Spero di ritornare... con il mio fidanzato visto che è un posto molto romantico e San Gimignano è incantevole!!! Pulizia, gentilezza, bellezza, posizione perfetta......

"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "
