Excellent stay. Hotel was in a great location close to everything. Service was outstanding. Had a resident room on the 41st floor & the view was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Bondo was absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind, helpful & attentive all hours of the day. The room was elegant, clean & with an amazing view. The terrace was outstanding, clean, and very well-kept. I will absolutely be back.

Soy Local Centro Historico
Our stay was very good, and the highlight was the extraordinary effort of the staff, for a variety of reasons. The most significant was the city water was shut down for 18 hours and the staff made every effort to minimize the major inconvenience.
