"Had high expectations. The staff at the resort tried their best to accommodate the guests needs. The resort is on a cliff and carries spectacular views. Unfortunately, as hard as the staff worked, the facilities need some major maintenance and improvements. The room water pressure was almost nonexistent. Hot or cold. Out of the two primary pools and the tubs, only the top restaurant pool was filled, but was green and murky. The remaining pools on site had all been drained and looked to be waiting some kind of maintenance. For a superior room, it was substandard. Barely room for the queen bed, and like notes above.. the water pressure for the shower was almost nonexistent. "
