Great stay. Close to everything. Staff was so friendly and our room was very comfortable. Thank you Molly (assistant front office Mgr) for the birthday bubbles and card for my fiancé 40th. It was a great surprise. Will definitely be staying again.

Located in the financial district it's down the street from Michael Mina's restaurant. The staff from doorman to check-in were very friendly.

Great for a weekend stay

Posted 11-Dec-2016
Pros: Good location, classy property.
Location: Hey, it's San Francisco. There's so much to do! Walk to Chinatown, North Beach and a cable car line in front of the hotel.
Can't afford the top tier hotels in SF during the weekend, but they sometimes have a great weekend rate that you can enjoy. Did so in this instance. Only caution is the cost to park a car, which is extremely expensive. So, better to come without a car if you can avoid doing so.

GREAT area, close to EVERYTHING!

Posted 01-Dec-2016
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful at all times no matter how busy they were.
Cons: Bedroom pillows need to be replaced. Bathroom doors are made of solid wood, hard to slide open/close.
Location: Omni is @ the Financial District, Union Square is a couple blocks away and everything is a cable car ride away!
San Francisco is a 7 by 7 mile city so everything is close. Omni Hotel is located at the bottom of Knob Hill in the Financial District so it's pretty close to everything. The rooms are a little out date and case use new pillows and the bathroom doors weigh like they're made out of solid wood.. SUPER HEAVY to even close or open. Other than that, the hotel is great with a very friendly staff. You have a cable car literally right in front of the hotel so you can pretty much get everywhere and anywhere. I didn't get a chance to eat the restaurant on site but the food smelled AMAZING!

Nice hotel close to Union Square.

Posted 30-Nov-2016
Pros: almost everything
Cons: free wifi if possible and actually it is possible but I just wonder why no free wifi in most hotels in San Francisco
very convenient location, nice and attentive staff, very roomy and cozy stay
