Lia is a convenient hotel in the heàrt of San Carlos. Great Staff and very responsive. Maya is wonderful at the front desk. A great place to stay when passing through San Carlos.

Air cond was off and the shades were open in the room. It was 85 degrees in the room when I first looked at the thermostat, and it took a full hour to get the temp to 70. This is after waiting 15 minutes in an un air conditioned office to check in.

I liked how quick staff was in response to my noise complaint but overall quality of room and walls was below average because you can hear everything, the AC barely worked and wifi barely worked either. The curtains only closed halfway so a beam of light shone through so you couldn’t sleep well.
