Our guest Marry Jane booked her stay with us but then after staying for 1 night already, she suddenly informed us that she already checkout out at 12:44pm of 4/30/2024 and asking us to provide her a full refund which is unacceptable as she already stayed in our Home and we already blocked our room and dates for her stay. We explained to her that we cannot provide refund for her stay, and she got mad at us for upholding our policy which is the right thing for this reservation. She then gave us a very bad feedback now here in Expedia to get back at us for declining her refund request for a stay and booking she already used. We hope she can be reasonable to hosts and properties barely getting enough bookings but still trying their best to survive for their employees and people who truly needs and deserves affordable and safe accommodation. Thank you for your feedback! I hope you understand the deposit is necessary and Is refundable if no damage during the stay. We clearly stated in our listing. Also we have been contacting you before your check in to help you finish the pre-check in but cannot get hold of you. We understand your frustration but hope you also understand that we need to charge deposit to protect our property as well. Thank you!

But it is fully disclosed and indicated on our listing information here on Expedia website that the property is a co living home and that there is a disclaimer on "Shared Bath" when you select your room to book. We also make sure to clean the bathroom every after a guestroom checks out and we hire a professional cleaning team of making sure the home is clean and comfortable.
