Beyond the construction, the service is non-existent. You have to beg for basic bottled water and minibar refills in an ‘all-inclusive’ resort. Staff is hostile and dismissive. Avoid this place until they learn the basics of hospitality."

"The pool was under construction or they were remodeling it. It would be nice to know these things before hand because for us the pool was a big plus when booking our reservation. Also, they did not have hot water. They stated that they were having an inspection which they were verifying that they were not providing ocean water to the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. Other than that, the people who work there were extremely helpful and polite."
