Clean and everything excellent

I don’t recommend this place to anyone Bad service Aggressive staff No smiles Party place Food not the best Pass on this one … the reception employee night shifts will not even get up to help Or will call the cops if his not in control I would not go there so many nicer places in Miami Beach

Our room was very nice, with a partial oceanfront/partial bay view. The room was clean. When cleaning our room, the staff left us a bunch of body wash but no conditioner. Didn't find that out until in the shower, so that wasn't good. We would not recommend using the jetted tub, as we turned it on and a bunch of black debris shot into the water. The 7th floor pool is very nice and not very busy, so we enjoyed it. Only drawback is the water was extremely warm and not a break from the heat.
