Service was great, the food was delicious Overall great experience relaxing mini vacation

Loved the hotel, loved the service, loved the people. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and we celebrated my birthday couple days here. One of the amazing trips. And the location of the hotel is very convenient. Spa was amazing too. Thank you to all staff members.

The moment you set your foot in the door someone will approach you for their club membership stuff. I tried explaining that just got here let me go to my room and I will get back to him but the guy made me listen to his sales pitch. Last day the bed sheet had dirty marks on them.

Simple but clean room. Would be nice if the bathrooms had ventilation. After my wife “goes”, the paint comes off the walls 😵‍💫😅

Hola esta es mi segunda vez en hard rock Cancún y esta ves decide traer a mis padres la experiencia no fue muy positive del todo tanto como la primera esta ves dos agents de legendary el trato fue de muy Baja calidad Mauricio y Andres en medio de la Charla como no compramos lo que ellos querian se comportaron de una manera poco incomoda y a parte en la piscina uno de los chef de la pizzeria trato de una manera poco cordial a mi papa Deberian afinar MAs esos detalles para que vuelvan a hacer el mejor hotel de cancun como lo eran hace unos años y puedan mantener y traer de vuelta a su clientela
