The elevator was broken for 8 hours, even though we were told it would be fixed in 10 min. We have to climb 16 floors to get to our rooms.
The noises from very adjacent rooms were loud.

It was okay, location was great. The elevators were broken so only 1 was working. My room had a bit of a smell and the sink was a little dirty. But the staff was great and I loved that they gave you cookies LOL.

Hotel was great and the personal was excellent. I love the area and all the restaurants around. The only huge negative point would be parking. I think paying $40 dollars a day in a place where you are already staying is way to expensive. I’m not saying free parking but $40? My car rental almost cost as much as parking.

My experience was awesome from the very beginning. Perla, Manna and Fernanda at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to check me in. They went out of their way to make my stay pleasurable offering suggestions and even extended my check out time so I could get some pool/hot tub time before I departed. This was my first time staying at the Doubletree but def won’t be the last. Thick I found my new “go to” hotel when I stay in the area.

The hotel located about 2 to 3 blocks from Little Italy - Lots Italian restaurants to choose from for dinner option.
Also, you need to let Front Desk know if you need your roomed to be cleaned as well.

I would give this place all 5 stars but the one issue was the elevator. The wait times are really bad. We waited for an elevator for over 10 mins at one point. Other than that, the stay was great, the room was great and the service of the staff was great.
